What is CMA Shipping?

CMA Shipping is the premier conference for the shipping industry in North America. It takes place over three days in Stamford, Connecticut.

Established in 1985 by the Connecticut Maritime Association (CMA) as a luncheon for members and guest, CMA Shipping has since become an industry cornerstone.

Brought to you by CMA and organised by Seatrade Maritime, CMA Shipping is the ultimate opportunity for maritime professionals to stay at the forefront of industry development.

When and where will CMA Shipping 2025 take place?

The next edition of CMA Shipping will take place from April 1 -3, 2025 at Hilton Hotel Stamford, Connecticut - USA.

Yes! In fact, we have an exclusive 'Student Maritime Task Force', which is dedicated to showcasing our leaders of tomorrow.

What are the booking options for CMA Shipping?

You can attend CMA Shipping with a Conference Pass, a Networking Gold Card, or a Supplier Expo Pass.

How much does it cost to attend CMA Shipping?

You can register for the Supplier Expo for free, but this does not include access to the conference theatre, or the official CMA Shipping networking event.

If you are or represent a member of Seatrade Maritime Club, please Karen Attia to organise your VIP pass.

Complimentary VIP passes are available for vessel owners and are subject to eligibility*. Please contact [email protected] to enquire about complementary VIP passes and to check availability/eligibility.

*Complimentary VIP Passes are limited and available only to C-Suite Executives who work for a ship owner, ship operator or ship manager, who own and/or operate a fleet of trade-going vessels (container shipping, roll-on/roll off, tanker and bulk carriers), operational service vessels (OSVs and PSVs) and cruise lines/passenger vessel operators. Pleasure/leisure vessels do not qualify.

2 free of charge VIP passes will be extended to each executive working for the same qualifying organisation. A 10% discount will be offered to any additional attendees and to employees outside of the scope of C-Suite level.

The 10% discount is applicable on current live rates at time of booking but cannot be used in addition to any Supporting Organisation or Media Partner discounted rates.
