We are delighted to offer complimentary event passes to individuals who meet our VIP criteria. Please read this section carefully.

Criteria

VIP passes are limited, and available for C-Suite executives, who work for a ship owner, ship operator or ship manager and;

  1. Who own and/or operate a fleet of trade-going vessels (container shipping, roll-on/roll off, tanker and bulk carriers
  2. Operational service vessels (OSVs and PSVs) and cruise lines/passenger vessel operators
  3. Please note: Pleasure/leisure vessels do not qualify.

Pass allocation 

  • Two free of charge VIP passes will be extended to each executive working for the same qualifying organisation. 
  • A 10% discount will be offered to any additional attendees and to employees outside of the scope of C-Suite and D-Suite levels. This discount is applicable on current live rates at time of booking, but cannot be used in addition to any Supporting Organisation or Media Partner discounted rates.
